- Shipping & Delivery
- All orders are shipped via Australia post standard mail. Orders are shipped within 1-3 business days where stock is available. Any orders over $30.00 delivered in Australia receives free shipping.

- We take privacy and security very seriously. All efforts are made to ensure that your privacy and security is not compromised. We do not share your details with any other party. All orders are placed via an SSL connection (Secure Socket Layer) which means all credit card details during the transaction are encrypted and cannot be viewed by any other party. We will never email, call or contact you to obtain any personal or credit details.
- Returns & Replacements
- Any products found to be defective, can be returned within 7 days of order being placed. You will be required to contact us via email or phone to advise of defect. Any order can be returned for a full refund minus any postage cost as long as the product is in its original condition including packaging. Bubalicious Baby Boutique will not refund any postage cost to send the product back to us.
- Any product bought at a Clearance price will not be refunded.

- All orders can be made online via our website. You do not need to register to order. You will receive an email with details of your order. Or via phone ordering (please follow instructions at the checkout).
- Payment, Pricing & Promotions
- We accept credit card payments for Visa and Mastercard. At various times, we will have specials and coupon codes which you may use to buy our merchandise and lower cost.
- Customer Satisfaction
- We want all our customers to be 100% happy with their purchases. If you are unhappy with any product you have purchased (excluding a clearance product), please contact us by phone or email to organise a return within 7 days of purchase. Proof of purchase will need to be verified and product must be in original condition with tags in tact.
